Job Description:

As a Data Science and AI/ML Developer – Associate, you will play a key role in JPMorgan Chase’s Transformation and Analytics team. The role focuses on building, scaling, and optimizing AI/ML solutions—especially around Large Language Models (LLMs)—to help the bank’s clients, operations, and investment functions.

You’ll collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to design and deliver AI-powered tools that enhance decision-making, workflow efficiency, and customer experience. This includes model development, data curation, statistical analysis, visualization, and storytelling to make complex results meaningful for both technical and non-technical users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Equivalent professional experience also considered.)
• Strong experience in LLMs and AI frameworks like LangChain, GPT, Claude, etc.
• Expertise in Statistics, Data Analysis, and Machine Learning model development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Databricks for building and scaling ML models.
• Ability to run experiments, optimize models, and present findings in clear, actionable formats.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to ETL development, CI/CD pipelines, and low-code BI tools (preferred but not mandatory).
